Highmark Stadium Items Terms of Service

Effective Date:  November 25, 2025

These Highmark Stadium Items Terms of Service (“Supplemental Terms”) shall supplement the Buffalo Bills Terms & Conditions of Use and The Bills Store Terms of Service (collectively, the “Terms of Service”) and specifically govern the Highmark Stadium items, including, without limitation, Highmark Stadium seats and other memorabilia (collectively, “Highmark Stadium Items”) and the promotion, offer for sale, sale, and fulfillment of the Highmark Stadium Items through The Bills Store (the “Site”) operated by Legends Global Merchandise, LLC (“Legends,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).  In the event of any conflict between these Supplemental Terms and the Terms of Service, these Supplemental Terms control with respect to the Highmark Stadium Items only; otherwise, the applicable Terms of Service apply. 
By accessing the Site and pre-ordering, ordering, and/or purchasing any Highmark Stadium Items, you agree to be bound by these Supplemental Terms, in addition to the Terms of Service, as well as the Buffalo Bills Privacy Policy and The Bills Store Privacy Policy (collectively, “the Privacy Policy” and any other applicable terms referenced on the Site.)

1. Eligibility; Season Ticket Member Seats

Highmark Stadium Items will be made available for order (including pre-order depending on the specific items) and purchase through the Site from time to time.  Highmark Stadium seats offered on the Site will be limited to a single stadium seat, a pair of stadium seats, double bleacher seats, quad bleacher seats, and seat backs.  Certain Buffalo Bills Season Ticket Members (“STMs”) may request to claim and place a pre-order for specific Season Ticket Member Highmark Stadium seats (“STM Seats”) by providing the requested and required information at the applicable product page, including STM account number and precise Section/Row/Seat numbers. All STM requests are subject to validation of STM status, the corresponding seat(s), and availability. Failure to provide accurate information may result in order delay or cancellation. The deadline for STMs to request and place orders for specific STM Seats is January 31, 2026.

2. Nature of Offer; Availability; No Guarantee of Specific Seat

Highmark Stadium Items are offered in limited quantities and subject to availability, removal feasibility, and condition upon removal. While reasonable efforts will be made to fulfill requests for specific STM Seats, there is no guarantee that any specific seat or component will be available, fulfilled, and/or otherwise provided. If the corresponding STM Seat is damaged during removal or otherwise unavailable, we may, in our discretion, provide a comparable authentic Highmark Stadium seat. Highmark Stadium seats (including STM Seats) may include components repurposed from other authentic Highmark Stadium seats. Each Highmark Stadium seat will include bracket(s) and other assembly components that are not unique or original to Highmark Stadium. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the foregoing.

3. Orders; Pre-Orders; Acceptance; Verification; Cancellation

The Highmark Stadium Items may be offered on a pre-order basis as determined by Legends in its discretion. After placing an order or pre-order (“Order”), you will receive an order confirmation. For STM Seat requests and other applicable Highmark Stadium Items, Legends and/or a Buffalo Bills STM representative may contact you to further validate your STM status and confirm your STM Seat selection. An Order is not accepted until such verification has been confirmed and Legends has provided a subsequent acceptance communication or proceeded to fulfill the Order. We reserve the right, in our discretion, to refuse or cancel any Order at any time for any reason, including failure to verify STM status or STM Seat details, suspected fraud, mispricing, or unavailability. If we cancel your order, your sole and exclusive remedy is a refund of the amount charged for the cancelled item(s).

4. Authenticity; Letters of Authenticity

Each Highmark Stadium Item will include a unique hologram and will be accompanied by a Letter of Authenticity provided by a third-party company verifying the item’s authenticity. Because of age and use, certain components of a Highmark Stadium Item (including number tags and/or armrests for Highmark Stadium seats) may show signs of wear and not appear exactly as pictured on the respective product page.

5. Pricing; Promotions; Exclusions

Prices for all Highmark Stadium Items are established by Legends and subject to change at any time prior to acceptance. Unless expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase, promotional codes, discounts, and merchandise credits for The Bills Store are not valid for Highmark Stadium Items. You are responsible for all applicable taxes, shipping, customs, and duties as disclosed at checkout or, where applicable, following receipt of the items depending on your location.

6. Shipping; Risk of Loss; Delivery Attempts; Abandoned Orders

The availability and subsequent shipment of Highmark Stadium Items will vary by specific item and will be communicated through the Site and subsequent email communications.  Highmark Stadium Seats are anticipated to begin shipping in or around Spring 2026; dates are estimates and subject to change. We may ship seats in a single box via carriers such as FedEx, and signature may be required. Risk of loss and title pass upon our delivery to the carrier, to the extent permitted by law. Delivery typically includes two attempts. If delivery cannot be completed due to customer actions or inactions (including refusal, unavailability, or inaccurate information), you are responsible for any additional fees or costs relating to further attempts, storage, reshipment, or return. If an order is abandoned or undeliverable after reasonable attempts, we may treat the order as cancelled and retain or charge fees reasonably attributable to the failed delivery and related costs, subject to applicable law.

7. Pick-Up; STM-Only

A local pick-up option (at or nearby Highmark Stadium) will be made available for certain STM Seats ordered by STMs and is anticipated to occur beginning in or around Spring 2026. Details regarding date, time, location, and requirements (including proof of order and identification) will be provided via email. Pick-up eligibility and procedures are subject to change. Orders placed by non-STMs (for non-STM Seats or otherwise) are not eligible for pick-up and must be fulfilled through the available shipping options; applicable shipping fees, taxes, and duties apply.

8. International Orders; Canada

We may limit international shipments of Highmark Stadium Items to Canada. For Canadian customers, duties, taxes, and any post-delivery assessments are your responsibility. We may decline or cancel orders to locations where shipping risk or compliance concerns are elevated.

9. Assembly; Use and Condition

Due to the removal and shipping process, some assembly of Highmark Stadium Items may be required. Instructions will be included in shipment where applicable. Each Highmark Stadium seat will include bracket(s) and other assembly components that are not unique or original to Highmark Stadium. While efforts are made to ensure Highmark Stadium Seats are usable and freestanding, we cannot and do not guarantee or warrant full functionality or fitness for any particular use. Highmark Stadium Items are sold as collectibles; items are sold as-is and may include wear consistent with age and use.

10. All Sales Final; No Returns

All sales of Highmark Stadium Items are final, as-is, and non-refundable, except where we cancel your order or where required by law. Please review product details carefully prior to purchase. If a Highmark Stadium Items arrives with shipping-related damage, you must promptly notify the carrier and follow the carrier’s claims process; we may request your cooperation in any damage claims or investigations.

11. Communications; Marketing

By placing an Order, you agree to receive email communications from The Bills Store, Legends, and/or the Buffalo Bills regarding your Order and promotional communications, subject to the Privacy Policy. You may opt out of certain marketing communications as permitted by law and our policies.

12. Prohibited Resale; Quantity Limits

The quantity of Highmark Stadium Items available for purchase by a particular individual and/or household shall be limited (as we determine in our discretion). We may, in our discretion, refuse or cancel purchases suspected of being made by resellers, dealers, or distributors.

13. Dispute Resolution; Arbitration; Class Action Waiver

For the avoidance of doubt, any dispute resolution arbitration, class action/jury trial waiver governing law, limitation of liability, disclaimer of warranties, waiver, and indemnity provisions in the respective Terms of Service apply to all disputes arising from or relating to these Supplemental Terms or Highmark Stadium Items.

14. Additional Terms; Policies; Modifications

Your purchase and use of the Site remain subject to the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Accessibility Statement, and any posted FAQs or program terms applicable to Highmark Stadium Items and the Site. We may update these Supplemental Terms at any time by posting revised terms on the Site, effective upon posting for any orders thereafter. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice of material changes.

These Supplemental Terms apply solely to the Highmark Stadium Items and do not modify any other terms, policies, or programs except as expressly stated herein.
