Can I request a specific seat number or section?

Season Ticket Members will be able to request to claim and place an order to purchase their specific Season Ticket Member seats.

To request to claim and purchase your specific Season Ticket Member seats, please enter the Section, Row, Seat Number(s), and Season Ticket Member Account Number on the product page when completing your purchase.

All requests are subject to validation of the respective Season Ticket Member and corresponding Season Ticket Member seats and availability. Failure to provide accurate information may lead to cancellation of your order.

Efforts will be made to fulfill requests for specific Season Ticket Member seats but there is no guarantee or promise that all such requests will be available and/or able to be accommodated. If the corresponding Season Ticket Member seat is damaged during the removal process or otherwise unavailable, a comparable seat (as determined in Legends’ discretion) will be provided (and subject to the purchase price at the time of the order).

Deadline: The deadline for all Season Ticket Members to request to claim and place an order for a specific Season Ticket seat is January 31, 2026.

Some components of Season Ticket Member seats (including armrests) may be repurposed and/or replaced as determined by Legends in its discretion from other authentic Highmark Stadium seats (or comparable components) for various reasons (e.g., certain Season Ticket Member seats share an armrest). Additionally, each Highmark Stadium seat will include bracket(s) and other assembly components that are not unique or original to Highmark Stadium.

Season Ticket Members may request to claim and place an order for purchase for their specific Season Ticket Member seat for the following items:

  •        Single Stadium Seat
  •        Double Bleacher
  •        Quad Bleacher (Pickup Only)
  •     Seatback

How do I know the seats are authentic?

Owning a stadium artifact can be an exciting purchase—as long as it’s authentic. Legends and the Bills have partnered with CollectibleXchange, an industry-leading collectibles company, to ensure authenticity.

Each Highmark Stadium seat will include:

• •        A tamper-proof, numbered hologram with a scannable QR code
  •        A Letter of Authenticity provided by CollectibleXchange

Will there be other memorabilia from Highmark Stadium available?

Yes, in addition to Highmark Stadium seats, a variety of other collectibles and memorabilia from Highmark Stadium will be available for purchase. Additional terms and conditions may apply.

How do I know if my order was accepted?

After placing your pre-order for Highmark Stadium seats online, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

Can I use a promo code and/or gift card on any of the Highmark Stadium items?

Promotional codes and discounts do not apply to any Highmark Stadium items. 

Will the seats need any assembly?

Due to removal process and shipment, some assembly of Highmark Seats may be required. If needed, detailed instructions will be included with the shipment. Should you not receive instructions, please contact our Customer Service team at shopbills@lgmretail.com for assistance.

Are the seats freestanding and usable?

Each Highmark Stadium seat will include bracket(s) and other assembly components that are not unique or original to Highmark Stadium. While efforts are made to ensure Highmark Stadium Seats are usable and freestanding, we cannot and do not guarantee or warrant full functionality or fitness for any particular use.

How many Highmark Stadium seats will be available for purchase?

We don’t have an exact quantity of Highmark Stadium seats available for purchase; however, availability will be limited.

When will my order ship?

Orders are anticipated to begin shipping in spring 2026 (but subject to change). Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

How will the seats be shipped and packaged?

Efforts will be made to ship the Highmark Stadium seats in a single box through carriers such as FedEx. Please note that a signature will be required upon delivery. Customers will be responsible for shipping fees, duties, and taxes for all orders, which will be calculated at checkout based on your location (or following receipt of the items depending on your location).

Is a Pickup option available?

A local pick-up option will be available for Season Ticket Members, anticipated to be at Highmark Stadium. Proof of order and identification required for all pick-up orders. Pickup is anticipated to be available beginning in spring 2026, with the exact date, time, location, and additional details to be provided via email at a later date. If your order is eligible for pick-up, simply choose the pick-up option on the product page. Price of pick-up items are inclusive of a $25 (Seats and Bleachers) or $5 (Seatbacks) fee.

Non-Season Ticket Members will not be eligible to purchase Highmark Stadium items for pick-up. All such orders must be processed using the shipping option at checkout, with customers responsible for all shipping fees for such orders.

Will the seats show the original seat numbers?

Most Highmark Stadium seats will include the number tags. However, due to decades of use, some tags may show signs of wear.

Are the seats refundable?

Due to the nature of the items, all Highmark Stadium item sales are final, as-is, and not subject to return or refund. Please review all product details carefully before completing your purchase.
